Return/Exchange Policy
Sometimes we change our minds and that’s okay, let us know within 7 days of receipt of your item. Kindly send us an e-mail at platesandpiecesmnl@gmail.com to check if we can refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, product must be unused, intact, and in good condition . It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges are also welcome as long as items are in the same condition as they were received. You may exchange your item for products with the same amount or higher (just pay the excess amount). If product chosen for exchange is less than the value of your original purchase, no refund will be applied to your original payment.
Shipping
Please note that all shipping charges will be to your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and delivery of exchanged item to you.
